We have a unique opportunity right now in this season to respond to God in a special way.

This is the only time in all of eternity that we get to worship through pain and uncertainty. You see, in eternity, in heaven, there’s no sickness. No disease. No lack. No fear. No death. And the Father will wipe every tear from our eyes. 

Anyone can worship when things are going good but the strength of your worship is tested when times are hard. This makes our response to God in difficult times very important, and even special. 

When we see hard situations as opportunities to grow in worship, instead of opportunities to complain, we mature in our relationship with Him. 

In Luke 22:42 Jesus said this, “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done."

Interesting that Jesus viewed the passion of the cross as a, “cup” that the Father placed before Him to drink....
